ScrollView with Column content won't scroll on Mac and iOS

      This is a regression. In 5.12.0 and 5.12.1, if you use a Column to hold the contents of a ScrollView (see attached QML), the ScrollView won't scroll on Mac OSX and iOS (you won't be able to scroll down and see "bar" in the example). If I change the Column to a ColumnLayout it will. If I try 5.11.2, it works as expected on both Mac and iOS.

      I cannot reproduce the issue on Linux with 5.11.2 or 5.12.0. Have not tried on other versions than mentioned or on Windows.
