there is the "SVG colors" link in the first sentence, which leads to

... there is no anchor ColorKeywords on that page.

says, some color chapter has been removed.
After some searching I think
https://www.w3.org/TR/css-color-3/#svg-color
might be a good candidate for that "SVG colors" link.
