2. Access to packages based on Qt license

3. OSS Blocking
   1. Ability to block OSS installations based on user IP and/or email domain
   2. Skip
   3. Skip with warning (commercial users)
   4. Prevent/block for enterprise users
   5. Prevent/block anonymous usage
4. Site License
   1. Ability to automatically grant access to specific product related repos based on user IP and/or email domain
5. Commercial Installation Count Limit
   1. Ability to limit active commercial installation per user for specified amount of devices (Unique HWs)
6. Preconditions
   1. Ability to require Qt Account verification before providing access to commercial or open source Qt repos
   2. Ability to require completed Qt Account profile before providing access to commercial or open source Qt repos
