Qt 4.6.1 for Windows, OpenSource installer: configure doesn't work

    Description

      After installing Qt 4.6.1 for Windows, OpenSource installer, I've tried to reconfigure Qt:

      • open the Qt 4.6.1 command prompt
      • type "configure"

      qmake fails to build due to the missing header file "epocroot.h"
