Create a mode of rewarding and acknowledging contributions

      One thing to make the overall experience of contribution more pleasant to to increase the rewarding and acknowledgment of contributions. These could be virtual items that make those contributing more visible in the community, or physical items (like 10 contributions a t-shirt, 50 contributions a coffee mug etc).

      We should also make the contribution statistics visible better.
