QWizard keeps a removed page id in its navigation history even if the page has been removed

    Description

      If a page has been removed and re added with same id. QWizard does not lets you visit that page again giving this message:

      Page with duplicate ID ... ignored

      This indicates once a page has been removed, it does removes it from the list of pages wizard has but does not removes it from wizard's navigation history.

      Attached is example which shows this.
