New application icons are corrupted on macOS X 10.12

It turned out that on macOS X 10.12 the .icns icons are displayed in a corrupted manner in the finder with icon sizes under 48 pixels, when used as application bundle icon. This dies not happen on on the doc or if the .icns is directly visible in the finder, and it does not happen at all on macOS 10.14.

The difference between the original .icns and the new ones is the contained icon types.
The original one contains contains:
"is32", "s8mk", "ic11", "il32", "l8mk", "ic12", "ic07", "ic13", "ic08", "ic14", "ic09", "ic10" and a "TOC "
The new one contains:
"icp4", "icp5", "icp6", "ic07", "ic08", "ic09", "ic10", "ic11", "ic12", "ic13", "ic14"

In order to solve this issue, I will attempt to create the new icons exactly like the originals.
