PathView moves to incorrectly on subsequent current index assignments if StrictlyEnforceRange is specified

      PathView moves reports/moves to incorrect currentIndex values on subsequental currentIndex assignments if StrictlyEnforceRange is specified. Please see the attached qml file. The attached patch can get the issue fixed.
