Description
It seems tests are disabled from MinGW build from where we are doing prebuild binaries, see https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qt5.git/tree/coin/platform_configs/default.txt?h=5.13 & https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qt5.git/tree/coin/platform_configs/qt5.txt?h=5.13 We should have tests up and running for those targets we are doing prebuild binaries.
