[QtQuick] Scrolling of ListView does not work after touch event is cancelled

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Run the attached example project
        1. MouseArea (inside Delegate) receives TouchBegin event and TouchCancel after it. 
        2. Change currentIndex 

      Expected result:

      1. Scrolling is started to currentIndex 

      Actual result:

      1. Scrolling is not started
