Doc: Discover 404s, broken anchors, etc

    Description

      As a user of doc.qt.io, I don't want to experience non-working links. We need some sort of "early warning system". On publishing the documentation for a given version, the publishing pipeline should take care of validating outbound links (and reporting any that do not work). Set up URL forwarding where applicable.
