QPainter::setClipRect is ignored for real printer in NativeFormat

      QPainter::setClipRect is ignored for native printing on Windows. Printing to PDF, previewing in QtPrintPreviewDialog and even printing to real printer using PdfFormat works fine. For NativeFormat clipping is ignored completely.
