[REG] QDoc: Class documentation not built with LLVM 8 on Windows

      There are lot of

      (qdoc) Could not parse source file "C:/dev/qt5-dev/qtdeclarative/src/quick/items/qquicktableview.cpp"  error code: 4

      lines in the output. Examples and non-reference pages seem to come out fine.
