UI Bug Fixing Q1/2021
Entries in the QAccessiblePluginsHash should be removed when a QQuickWindow is deleted as it will also cause any objects loaded by the QQuickWindow to no longer be valid and as such these can be removed from the QAccessiblePluginsHash. This will clear up the memory used by the QAccessiblePlugin's that are no longer relevant.
