When changing provider to mapbox or here application crashes

Additionally, the maps cannot be displayed due to "The active map type requirers (missing) SSL support"

Tested on Windows10 64bits, MinGW 

When built with MinGW 32 bits the example crashes. When run in debug mode Qt Creator crashes.

Qt installed from online installer recommended for release tests.

Also crashed on Android clang X86, windows host with error: 

System.err: java.lang.SecurityException: "gps" location provider requires ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION permission.
