Regression [5.12.3] -> [5.13] WebGL does not work on iMac

      WebGL does not work at all on an iMac 5K 2017 (see attached qtdiag)

      There are the following error messages on the console:

      [65003:775:0417/153303.472561:ERROR:context_group.cc(145)] ContextResult::kFatalFailure: WebGL1 blacklisted
      [65003:775:0417/153303.474369:ERROR:context_group.cc(153)] ContextResult::kFatalFailure: WebGL2 blacklisted

      Chromium works on the same machine - it also works wit 5.12.3.
