The same or similar bug was reported before QTBUG-44539 but I guess not fixed.

Since version 5.11.1 (possibly earlier version but I did not test. It was fine with QT4.8) the numpad is not working (probably numlock not detected). So only end, home, arrows work on the numpad whether the numlock is on or not.

Yes the numpad works fine with gedit or other application installed on my linux machine.

I use qtcreator 4.8.2 and the example "Code Editor". I did not change anything with the code.

It also the case in a QTextedit widget on my app.

Any help would be appreciated. It could be some keyboard mapping problem but not sure at all where to start tracking the problem.
