Incorrect country in portugues translation file

    Description

      In qt_pt.ts language set to pt_PT. But QLocale("pt") returns pt_BR. I think it's just a typo and language in qt_pt.ts should be set to pt_BR.

      P.S. I don't know which dialect actually used in qt.ts.
