OpenBSD: QAbstractSocket function bind() without arguments has different behaviour than on other platforms.

    Description

      If you use the bind function without passing the documented arguments it will assign itself to the local ipv4 address on most platforms, a.k.a. "0.0.0.0". But on OpenBSD it behaves differently and assigns itself to "::".
