qdoc: Add support for handling CMake code

    Description

      qdoc currently supports only JS, QML, and C++ as languages. Because Qt is moving towards CMake, qdoc should start supporting CMake too:

      • Support \cmake, \endcmake for showing CMake code snippets
      • Add a (simple) code marker for cmake so that e.g. variables and control structures are highlighted.
