Add QImage::Format_Indexed16

Many cameras now have a higher resolution than 8 bits. For cameras in the non-visible spectral range, color maps are usually used.

With 5.13 the image format QImage::Format_Grayscale16 is added, which is a major improvement. It would also be useful to provide a corresponding indexed format.

I propose QImage::Format_Indexed16.
