Fix leaf modules building not finding syncqt.pl if CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX was not specified

    Description

      While building qtsvg against an installed qtbase, if you don't specify CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX while configuring qtsvg to point to the installed qtbase, it will try to look up syncqt.pl in /usr/local, which it won't find.

      I guess we need to do a find_package(Qt5Core) instead.
