When deploying Qt apps for MacOS the macdeployqt is missing a required step.  The codesign utility should have an option to include entitlements.plist in the signature.  As things stand now, the developer has to add a 'codesign' step after completing macdeployqt when preparing an app for deployment on the MacOS AppStore.  It seems like it would be more appropriate for this to be included as part of macdeployqt, through use of a command-line option.  Also, some mention of this should be made in the documentation for deploying Qt apps for MacOS.
