[REG: 5.11.3 -> 5.12.0]: QWheelEvent::buttons() returns LeftButton, but the button is not pressed

      If I click on the title bar of my window, move the mouse into the window and then use the mouse wheel, the mouse button is set for the mouse wheel event, although the button is not pressed.

      This happens with Windows 10, but not with macOS.
