QComboBox arrow contains noise (under Windows 10)

    Description

      The down arrow on a QComboBox under windows 10 shows some 'noise' in its image.

      The noise is subtle and can be seen in the attached image (500% of original size, noise is underlined in red). Note that this was on a 4K monitor.
