Description
import QtQuick 2.12 import QtQuick.Controls 2.5 import QtQuick.Window 2.12 Window { visible: true width: 640 height: 480 title: qsTr("Hello World") ScrollView { anchors.centerIn: parent contentWidth: control.implicitWidth contentHeight: control.implicitHeight TextArea { id: control text: "Text goes here." } } }
When I try to nest a TextArea inside a ScrollView, the TextArea draws a unexpected grey rectangle at startup.
When the TextArea get active focus, that rectangle disappears.
Removing the background of TextArea also remove the rectangle:
TextArea {
background: null
}
Also note that the issue does not reproduce in Qt 5.12.1
