No exported CMake target for qdoc and qhelpgenerator

    Description

      There are no exported cmake targets for qdoc and qhelpgenerator. This makes it needlessly complicated to use both tools from CMake.

      Some helper functionality to conveniently build qdoc documentation would be great, too
