Provide a tool and CMake variables that provide info similar to qmake -query

    Description

      Users of the Qt CMake config files should be able to get information that qmake -query currently provides.

      Users of other build systems that might use Qt (but not CMake) should also be able to get such information. Perhaps it would make sense to provide a tool like qinfo, or qcmake, or something else, which would could be queried.

      This info is also needed for qdoc when building documentation.
