clang++: error: no such file or directory: '/Users/qt/work/qt/qtbase/lib/libQt5Gui.so'

It seems we have new issue in qt5.git#5.13.0 integration with macOS, see https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qt5/+/262358

Same issues has been happening now twice so most probably this is real issue caused by latest changes in '5.13.0' (most probably because of https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/262229; Another new change in qtbase can't be the root cause and changes in qttools & qtwebengine can't be the reason for this failure)
