QQC2: Invalid values assigned to the modal property are not warned about and breaks behavior

    Description

      See linked bug, assigning modality: Qt.Popup | Qt.WindowModal should at least warn about being assigned the wrong propety, and the lower layers should be lenient enough to do modality & Qt.WindowModal, not modality == Qt.WindowModal, when choosing the modality of the QWindow. I assume the latter is due to just casing the modality to Qt::WindowModality
