QSpinBox focusPolicy Qt::NoFocus disregarded on Qt::Key_Backtab

    Description

      Pressing Shift+Tab moves focus also to those QSpinBoxes with the focus policy Qt::NoFocus. Pressing Tab skips them but Shift+Tab doesn't. This used to work in earlier Qt versions so it's a regression. A simple test case is attached to this bug report.
