QDialog setHistory does not seem to set anything for Windows native

1) Why doesn't QFileDialog in native mode on Windows, set up it's history as the user makes choices?  It works fine on Ubuntu and it saves it off between sessions of my application in the "~/.config/QtProject.conf" file.

2) QFileDialog setHistory(whatever QStringList) doesn't seem to work.  When I call it and then call QFileDialog history() it returns nothing.

#2 prevents proper interaction and really needs to be looked at.
