Qt build fails without feature.xmlstreamreader

    Description

      QtDBus needs the feature. However, configure.json under qtbase cannot reference feature.xmlsteramreader because it is defined in src/corelib/configure.json.

       

      One solution can be having a separate configure.json under src/dbus which depends on corelib. Another solution can be moving xmlstream* from corelib to qtbase.

       

      Building vkgen also fails
