    Description

      Builds pulling in Qt5 UITools from cmake are broken:

      [ 48s] string sub-command REGEX, mode REPLACE needs at least 6 arguments total to
      [ 48s] command.

      It was found that reverting commit "CMake: Ignore CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD_LIBRARIES in .prl files"
      ba4fdd99fff80790f764ab1ac8addd699e3101e7 https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/259963 in qtbase fixes it.
