Content rendered to OffscreenCanvas does not display in QtWebEngine

      The OffscreenCanvas feature (https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2018/08/offscreen-canvas) added in chromium 69 does not seem to work in either QtWebEngine 5.12 or 5.13.

      Repro steps:

      With the quicknanobrowser example, go to https://devnook.github.io/OffscreenCanvasDemo/index.html

      The content rendered to the OffscreenCanvas in the worker does not display:
