[REG 5.12->5.13] Doc: Things in "QtGlobal" are all linked to "The Animation Framework".

It seems that things in "QtGlobal" are all wrongly linked to "The Animation Framework".

If open Qt documentation in Qt Creator, they can't be indexed either.

Qt 5.12.3 and 5.12.4 doesn't have this problem. Don't know whether Qt 5.13.0 RC1 have this problem or not.

How to reproduce it in Qt Assistant:

1. Search "QFunctionPointer" (or anything else in QtGlobal).
2. Double click the search result.
3. The opened page is always "The Animation Framework".
