Qt Background Service not working on Android Oreo

    Description

      Qt Android Service is not working properly on Android version 8 or higher. 

      It works perfectly on lower versions, but after version 8, the background service stops whenever the app is switched to background. 

      I'm not quite sure if this is the reason, but I seems that this happens since QtService extends Android Service class instead of a JobIntentService.
