Document the path length limitation for Windows builds

    Description

      On Windows, build tools generally are limited to MAX_PATH for paths. This affects both, building Qt and for users building their own applications. There could be a note under "Qt for Windows" and also somewhere in qmake and/or Qt Creator (about project creation perhaps) documentation that build tools can be limited by MAX_PATH.
