Try to detect if a paths for Makefile are longer than MAX_PATH and print a warning

It quite often happens that people are placing their project in a deep folder structure which at some point reaches the MAX_PATH limitation which causes builds to fail. It would be nice if qmake would detect this case and print a warning about it.
