Update MinGW compiler from 7.3.0 to 8.1.0 (or newer)

    • Windows

      The Windows installer comes with MinGW 7.3.0 compiler (x86_64-posix-seh-rev0, Built by MinGW-W64 project)

      Unfortunately MinGW 7.3.0 is not able to compiler Qt Creator 4.10 source code. (mingw7.3-creator-error.txt

      MinGW 8.1.0 (x86_64-posix-seh-rev0, Built by MinGW-W64 project) is able to compile Qt Creator 4.10.

      I suggest to upgrade the MinGW tools to version 8.1.0 (x86_64-posix-seh-rev0, Built by MinGW-W64 project)
