on Windows, QAudioDeviceInfo::availableDevices() returns duplicate devices

    Description

      both input and output lists have duplicates. I have one audio input and one output, but  2 are listed in each. see screen shots.

      Steps:

      1. on windows, load the "audio devices" example
      2. configure and run
      3. click the devices popup
      4. <-- you see duplicates
