win32-clang-msvc: Can't find linker for LLVM 8.0

      Description

      In LLVM 8.0 the clang-cl linker has changed its name from lld-link to llvm-link, but the mkspec is still setting QMAKE_LINK to lld-link, causing the following error when building:

      'lld-link' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
      NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'lld-link' : return code '0x1'
