When HDR is enabled on Windows 10, most SDR applications will have fuzzy looking text rendering.
I believe this is due to assumptions about gamma that are no longer true, if we can detect HDR mode, we can likely fix the gamma-correction in text-rendering to make the aliasing look just as good in HDR as in SDR.
