Description
When interacting with a MultiPointHandler, if a second touch point is added then it will toggle the active state to false and then true again. Since the handler is already true and that is still the case as a result of the second touch, then it should not toggle it to be false and then back to true as this can cause problems with bindings as a result.
In the example attached, touch with one finger and then touch with a second while holding the first down. The console output will indicate that the active state has been toggled to false and then to true again.
