QByteArray "8 bit character comparison" documentation section is misleading

      If I get it correctly, QByteArray functions operates on Latin1 encoded strings.

      https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qbytearray.html#8-bit-character-comparisons however states, "the notion of uppercase and lowercase [...] is locale dependent" which would be incorrect then.

      It also states: "(If $LC_CTYPE is set, most Unix systems do "the right thing".)" which makes the confusion perfect.

      It seems this documentation is imported from Qt4 and may be incorrect for a long time now.
