[REG] Offline installer won't work with --proxy parameter

    Description

      If offline installer is run with --proxy parameter as below, causing connection timeout.

      $ qt-enterprise-linux-x64-5.12.4.run --proxy "http://1.2.3.4:567"

      If environment variables are set as https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-65143?focusedCommentId=407861&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel, the installer works normally.

       

      Also, it works with some open proxy server.
