Qt build does not include XCB plugins by default or with -qt-xcb

    Description

      If building Qt 5.12.4 or 5.13.0 under Kubuntu 18.04.2 LTS the XCB plugins are not included in the build. This is the case either by doing a default configure or adding "-qt-xcb" argument. The fix was only to install the package:

       

      sudo apt install libxkbcommon-dev

      Those dependencies should be added to the page https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/linux-requirements.html.
