Be able to set Qstyle::PE_FrameDockWidget for docked widgets as well.

    Description

      It would be nice if it was possible to set Qtyle::PE_FrameDockWidget for docked widgets as well.
      Currently QStyle::PE_FrameDockWidget is only used if the dock widget is floating and in the docked state it has no frame at all. This limits the stylability and leads to a broken look where the tab/tab bar adjoins the dock widget.
