Qt Designer: selection handles on children of QScrollArea may get out of sync when scrolling

      If having a scrollbar in Qt designer and an element is selected, then scrollbar is scrolled in the designer, the selection will move along with its exact dimensions and not stay to highlight the intended element.

      Attachments show the issue before scrolling and after scrolling.
