GraphicsView is not painting correct in some cases with MSVS 2019

    Description

      QPainter in GraphicsView is not painting correct and leaves artifacts when Qt is build statically  for 64bit with MSVS 2019. Same little code attached works good with MSVS 2017 dynamic and static build.
